This page describes the demonstration environment, not Clarentis's privacy practices. Clarentis is not the operator of this demo and does not receive its submissions.
What to enter
Use fictional, non-sensitive information only. Do not enter real customer, employee, payroll, tax, banking or financial information. The form accepts a first name, email, optional phone, business type, service interest and optional message.
Where it is stored
Accepted enquiries are stored in a newly created Cloudflare D1 database used only by this demonstration CRM. The submission is not emailed or sent to Clarentis or another lead recipient.
Attribution and advertising
Optional advertising and analytics tags are disabled because no real GTM or advertising IDs and no external consent provider were supplied. Approved campaign parameters may be attached to an accepted synthetic lead for first-party CRM attribution. This collection is suppressed when the browser expresses Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Access and deletion
The protected demonstration CRM lets its owner inspect and delete a synthetic contact. Controlled verification records are removed after testing. No automatic retention period is asserted for this demo; the operator must delete any further synthetic records it creates.
Ownership and contact
No verified demo-owner email address was supplied, so this page does not invent one. Access and erasure are handled by the CRM owner account provided with the deployment handoff. Do not contact Clarentis about data submitted to this independent demonstration.
